She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Van Belois; her siblings, George Kozack, John Kozack (late Edith) and Mary Tempke (late Bernie); and her parents, Lena Kozack and Costan Kozack.
She is survived by: her children, Peter (Diana Van Belois), David (Deb Van Belois) and Brenda (Robert Madronic); her grandchildren, Jenna (Gabrielle), Alexander (Samantha), Joshua, Brendan, Robert (Amanda), Renee (Anthony), Katherine and Rachel (Sebastian); her great grandchildren, Soleil and Jacob; and her siblings, Helen Thornton (late Ken), Peter Kozack (late Jeanette) and Connie Kozack (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
