She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Carter; her parents, Joseph Bailey and Ethel Bailey (Vanner); her sister Grace Grey; and her sister-in-law Betty Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Gary, Pam Carter of London, Greg, Janet Carter of Dorchester, Wayne and Dina Carter of Guelph; her grandchildren, Karyn Bennett, Lori Griffith, Ray Lafreniere, Doug, Cristina Carter, Steven Carter and Lauren Carter; her great grandchildren, Bryson, Kaden, Brier, Chase, Rylyn, Kayla, Holden and Fiona; and her brother Ted Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 180 would be appreciated.
