She is survived by: her spouse Armindo; her children, Ruben Moniz (Denise), Lidia Moniz, Paulo Moniz (Helena), Armindo Moniz Jr., Sandi Howard and Joel Moniz (Brenda); and her sisters, Urania Amaral (Eugenio) and Marta Ferreira (Donaldo). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
