He was predeceased by: his parents, Caterina Marcoccia and Angelo Marcoccia; his siblings, Luigia Teragnoli (Eugenio), Anna Faccenda (Gino) and Arduino Marcoccia; his parents-in-law, Guisepina and Enrico Colafranceschi; his siblings-in-law, Maria, Rocco Colafrancheschi, Christina and Guido Colafrancheschi; and his son-in-law Ken Young.

He is survived by: his wife Vincenza; his children, Rita Young (Gregg MacRae), Josie Assini (Remo), Nadia Marcoccia and Angelo Marcoccia (Anna); his grandchildren, Scott Young (Val), Julia St (Philip), Stephanie Assini, Mark Assini (Andreia), Haley D'Oria (Nando) and Ryan Marcoccia; his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Noah, Carter, Luca, Adrian and Nico; his siblings-in-law, Rosa Mandarelli (late Pasquale), Lena Lomardi (Guido), Domenic Colafrancheschi (Patti) and Robert Colafrancheschi (Elena); and his caregivers, Tara, Alyssa and Dr. Senecal. He is also survived by his wife, beloved children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (709 Wonderland Rd, London, ON N6H). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 7:45 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Parish (345 Lyle St, London, ON N5W3R3). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the St. Peter's Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1).
