She was predeceased by: her siblings, Coswald Downes and Esther Carter-Scott. She is survived by: her children, Gary Carter (Stephany), Adrian Carter (Ingrid) and Andrea Carter; her grandsons, Noah, Maxwell, Nigel and Nathan; and her siblings, Marcia Merritt and Carl Carter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the London Seventh-Day Adventist Church (805 Shelborne St, London, ON N5Z5C6).
