She was predeceased by: her husband William. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mia, Joey, Josie and Caius; her children, Patrick (Katie), Flora (Tim) and Nelson (Jackie); her siblings, Jeffrey (Ying), Elizabeth (Bob), Patricia (Tom), Connie (Victor), Daisy and Kam (Ann); her close friends, Susan and Maylie; and also Florence.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Florence Housden's name.
