It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Stafford (London, Ontario), who passed away on December 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Terry Crowe. She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her sons, Paul (Heather) and Steve (Lynne Deslippe); her grandchildren, Logan, Scarlett, Katherine and Elizabeth Stafford; and her sister Mary Paitz. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

“I was a childhood friend of Frances. I have fond memories of ice skating at Coronation Park across the road from the Crowe family home. We would go inside to warm our feet & Mae (Mrs. Crowe) would serve her homemade bread. Unfortunately I lost contact with Franny & Joe when they moved to London. I was saddened to read her death notice in the Toronto Star. My sincere condolences to the Stafford & Crowe families. Theresa Casey Smith”
