He was predeceased by: his son Carlo DeMarco; and his grandson Adam Vitaterna. He is survived by: his wife Rita DeMarco; his children, Lisa DeMarco, Rose Elia (Joe) and Marilena Vitaterna (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Mario Elia (Jessica), Julia Dzaja (Ivan), Franco DeMarco (Katelynn), Gabriel DeMarco (Jacquelyn), Nicolas Vitaterna (Heather), Emily DeMarco, Daniel Elia (Anna) and Livia Kelly (Nicholas).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home (362 Waterloo St, London, ON N6B2N6). A prayer will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (345 Lyle St, London, ON N5W3R3). An entombment will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1).
