He is survived by: his children, Bob (Mary), Rick (Carol), Margarete Parker (Rod), Ricco and Michelle (Shakir); his grandchildren, Brian, Steven, Tranell, Alex, Vanessa and Omar; his great grandchildren, Eve, Jake, Tanja, Trinity and Kato; his stepchildren, Deborah Butler, Terri Large (Robert Lewis) and Michael Butler (Colleen); his stepgrandchildren, Dan, Christopher, Dustin, Michael John and Trevor; his siblings, Jane, Salvino, Evelyn and Edward; and his friend Henry Cassano.

Donations in memory of Frank to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the London Regional Cancer Center would be appreciated.
