He is survived by: his spouse Helena Juszczynski; his children, Kazimierz (Margaret), Wojtek (Mary), Elizabeth (Steve) and Barbara (Walt); his grandchildren, Caroline (Martin), Stephanie (Dean), Matthew (Tricia), Chris (Maria), Peter (Jen), Christina, Michael, Daniel and Luke; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Joey, Johnny and Emilia; and his siblings, Bronislawa, Stanislaw and Wojciech of Poland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
