He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Alison and Justin; his stepchildren, Kelly and Rob; his grandchildren, Caden, Piper, Brandon and Payten; his great grandchildren, Rosalie, Maverick and Waylon; his brother Bob (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Clare, Dianne and Carol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at University Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre.
