He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Clark. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Rick), Debbie (Kevin), Wendy (Jack), Kimmie (Craig), Darren and Mechelle (Dave); his grandchildren, Tonya, Andre, Adrian, Brandon, Sambo, Tracy, Shelby, Coral, Jake, Walker, Alisha, Cody, Becca, Megan, Chi Nodin, Elwood and Huron; and his great grandchildren, Kailee, Lexus, Jessica, Alex, Tyson, Makaya, Amari, Dallas, Kayla, Garrett, Leah, Alysha, Nic, Payton, Alvin, Jax and Arlo. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and friends.

Due to current COVID restrictions, a private visitation will be held by invitation only.
