He is survived by: his spouse Cathy; his children, Dustin (Christine), Kim (Jay) and Deven; his grandchildren, Abel, Tallon, Jason, Jakub, Nathan, Alivia, Terrence and Harley-Jade; his mother Christa (Martin); and his siblings, Henry and Peggy (Frank).
