He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Crudge (Atchison); and his parents, Pat Crudge and Doreen Crudge. He is survived by: his children, Andrew and Abby Crudge of London; his grandsons, Max and Luke; and his siblings, Lori, Alan Lavier of Mitchell, Ron and Terry Crudge of Thunder Bay.
