He was predeceased by: his father Michael. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula and Tara; his stepchildren, Sasha and Brandon (Danielle); his grandchildren, Tyler, Damien, Joshua, McKenzie and Lily; his mother Valerie; his siblings, Lisa and Russell; and his wife Rhonda.
