We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2022, at the age of 103, Genoveva Liza (London, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Felipe Liza; and her siblings, Abundio, Braulio, Aurelio, Ceferino and Florisa Ponce of León.

She is survived by: her children, Manuela Belda, Noemi Perzia and Isabel Gonzales; her grandchildren, Patricia, Natalia, Tony Jr., Belda, Luigi, Marcelo, Anita Perzia, Diana, Raul Jr. and Gonzales; and her great grandchildren, Rio, Alex, Mireya Ollis, Noelle, Indigo, Sofia, Sebastian, Sara, Sasha Shahabi and Luigi Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Hospice, London, would be appreciated.

My aunt was sent home from school at the age of 6...saying she was too sickly ...better she go home and help her mother. Well, Aunt Ethel went on to the age of 103 That is my wish...wish me luck. I hope in the future you will share with me some of her words of wisdom, as I am sure she has many. Love”
