He was predeceased by: his brother Johannn (Hans). He is survived by: his spouse Roswitha Andelfinger; his children, David and Christine (Jamie); his grandchildren, Nicole (Jesse), Eric and Jon; his sibling Edeltraud Schmid (late Joseph); and his sibling-in-law Jutta Kempter. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
