He is survived by: his spouse Yvonne; his father Dorothy (Tom); his children, David, Josh, Ashley, Matthew, Brad, Kyle, Bryan, Connor, Emma, Cameron and Sarah; his sibling John (Joan); his sister-in-law Shirley Long; and his children, God Church and North Ridge Trail.
