He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Moxley and Edyth Moxley; and his brother-in-law Rick. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Elaine "Muggy" Moxley, Deborah Boerkamp, Jennifer (Ryan) and Ryan; his siblings, Michael (Pat), David (Celia), Brian, Dennis (Carol), Ralph (Linda) and Dan (Gwen); his brother-in-law George (Diane); his grandchildren, Ashley, Alysha and Bria; and his great grandchildren, Audrina and Jaelyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated by the family.
