He was predeceased by: his siblings, Franco Valerio (late Carmela), Gaetano Valerio (late Irene), Lucia Cavaliere (late Erman), Antonio Valerio and Cosimo Valerio.
He is survived by: his wife Santa Valerio; his children, Joseph Valerio (Sandra), John Valerio (Matoula) and Lucrezia Valerio (Frank); his grandson Lucas Valerio (Brittany); his daughter Mila; and his sisters, Rosaria Ciriello (late Antonio), Santina Ruggiero (late Domenico), Tina Contursi (Angelo), Carmela Cimmarusti (Lino) and Maria Magistrale (Tony).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home (362 Waterloo St, London, ON N6B2N6). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Church (345 Lyle St, London, ON N5W3R3). An entombment was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1).
