He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Parks; and his son Tim Parks. He is survived by: his significant other Ann Greenfield; his child Terri Boulter; his friends, Richard Greenfield (Heather) and Glenn Greenfield (Krista); his child-in-law Carol-Anne Parks; and his children, Kaitlin and Grace.
