He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pethick and Ada Pethick. He is survived by: his children, Lee Pethick and Sonya Keller (Wayne); the parent of his children Jean Pethick; his grandsons, Owen and Jack Keller; his sister Betty Lou Rothwell (Greg); his nibling Erin Borsa (Kevin); and his great-nephew Harrison.
