He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Kathy Govan; his grandchildren, Devon (Kery) and Laura (Danny); his great grandchildren, Aria, Prestyn and Elena; his brother Victor Govan; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Govan and Ross Eddie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
