She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Betty Quintus; her parents, Joe Symons and Mary Symons; and her sister Annie Davis. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Balch; and her children, David, Elaine and Janice Balch. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
