He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Katharina; and his sister Katharina. He is survived by: his wife Helma; his children, Marlene (Don) of Edmonton, Lorraine (Randy) of Edmonton and Carolyn (Jordan) of London; his grandchildren, Ken (Jennifer), David (Carleah), Christina (Joedean), Matthew, Tristan and Ava; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Diana and Hannah; and his sister Eva. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
