He was predeceased by: his daughter Jacqueline; his sister Marilyn King (Ken); and his parents, Herbert Waterhouse and Clotilde Waterhouse. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sandra Waterhouse; his daughters, Wendy Waterhouse (John Carvalho) and Susan Crosby (Bruce Nichol); and his grandchildren, Bradley Crosby (Rebecca Noble) and Alexandra Carvalho.
