He was predeceased by: his parents, Melbourne Parker Neily and Evelyn Neily; his wife Ruth; his daughter Patricia "Trish" Kory; and his siblings, Ronald Neily, David Neily, Lorna Neily and Norah Balcom.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Neily of Burlington, Bill Neily of London and Bob Neily (Janet) of Sandwich, MA.; his grandchildren, Sarah Neily of Hingham, MA, Samantha Conley (Michael) of Norfolk, MA and Patrick Kory of Victoria, BC.; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Elise Conley and Olivia Kory; his sister Marian Porter of Nova Scotia; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Neily of Wheatley and Joan Lindley of Burlington.
