She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ken "Benny" Benjamin; her children, Luanne McCarthy (Kevin), Kelly Benjamin-Smith (Rick), Jay, Guy and Cole Benjamin; her grandchildren, Tara Sylvestre (Nick), Bobby Pinnell, Kyle Benjamin (Amanda) and Cassie Benjamin; her great grandchildren, Weston, Emma and Reagan; her brothers, David and Brent Gibson; her sibling-in-law Pat Benjamin; and her siblings, George Gibson and Dianne Hymers.

They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on February 4th, 2021 alone, but together during these Covid times.
