He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hall and Florence Hall; his significant other Shirley; his sister Elizabeth Dewar Davis; and his son-in-law Sandy Hart.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret, Wendy and Peter; his grandchildren, Sam, Max MacPherson, Jessica, JD Hart and Sarah Carreiro (Rudy); his great grandchildren, Jayda, Jaxton and Zoey; and his sister Gwyneth Doty.
He had been living at Highview Residences in London since May 2024, following a debilitating infection of the COVID virus in late 2023, from which he never recovered.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
