Jack Van Lieshout Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Van Lieshout of London, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes and Johanna; and his siblings, Peter (Allegonda), Helen (Martin), Mike (Rose), Patti (Chris), John (Annie), Ted (Carol), Trudy (Henry), Mary (Ove), Andy and Fritz.
He is survived by: his son Dan (Donna); his granddaughters, Laura (Anthony) and Emma (Brennan); and his sisters, Dianne, Mientje (Peter), Antonette and Fran (Cal).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (220 St James St, London, ON N6A3H6).
