He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Elizabeth Driver; and his sister Gabrielle Millward. He is survived by: his child Faith Bourke (Shaun) of London; his grandchildren, Jillian Bourke (Marcin), Colleen Pierre (Matt) and Adam James Bourke; and his great grandchildren, Harrison, Norah and Elsie.
