He was predeceased by: his father James Fraser O'Neill, Sr.; and his grandfather Clarence. He is survived by: his wife Harla McKillop; his daughters, Sara Shanks (Tim) and Allison (Mitchell Martin); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Natalie and Benjamin; his mother Mary (Moules); his siblings, Mona MacDonald (Francis), Kelly Tobin (Paul), Barbie (Gerry Bennett), Clary (Darlene) and Shaun Pat (Diana); his uncle Eddy Moules; his children, Adele Moules, Thomas and Ethel O'Neill; his in-laws, Jeanne, Kenny McKillop, Jimmy McKillop, Peggy and Richard Goulden; and also, Jamey Gagne, Kathy MacLeod and Gordon McKillop (Relic). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
