He is survived by: his wife Barbara Prowse (Cook); his children, Christopher and Rebecca Prowse of Indianapolis; his siblings, Ruth (Ronald Whitehead), Lynda (Gary Smith), Douglas (Debbie Cook), David (Dawn Cook), Merry Cook of Quesnel and Mary-Lou Sabatine of London; and also Missed.
