She was predeceased by: her son Ian Clelland. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Chalk (Scott) and Audrey Hawley (Don); her grandchildren, Heather (Derek), Allison (Gord), Clint, Mitch and Stuart; and her sibling Jean McKellar (Don).

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation in memory of Janet are asked to consider the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex.
