She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Auser (Art) and Giacinta Auser (Toni); and her siblings, Sherry and Bob. She is survived by: her husband Ram Venga; her children, Shalini, Amar and Anjali; her uncles, Tony Abello and Louis Abello of Sedley; and her siblings-in-law, Don Miller of Pilot Butte and Pam (Phil Pander) of Saskatoon. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, and many friends.

I was a teacher at o'neill hs for many years and a member of sacred heart parish and so, got to know much of the family auser--and what a pleasure that was. Later, i was a teaching colleague of janet and again, she was such a pleasure to work with.
