She was predeceased by: her spouse Mirko; her parents, Marko and Milica; and her siblings, Danke (Branko), Mara (Jere) and Gojko (Bosa).
She is survived by: her sons, Dan (Lorie) and Marko; her siblings, Cedomir (Rada) and Ljubica; and her sisters-in-law, Jovanka, Dragica (Robert), Ivka and Frana. She is also survived by nephews, as well as by extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Westview Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (709 Wonderland Rd, London, ON N6H). A prayer was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church (5567 Wonderland Rd S, London, ON N6P1N8). Up until covid she attended pool fitness classes three times a week and later she always completed a daily walk to maintain her mobility and independence.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Janja's name to the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
