She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Milton Oppenhauser; her children, Steven, Jeffrey Oppenhauser and Jane Martin (Ray); her siblings, Audery Brydges (Nelson), Ken Scott (Evelyn), Fred Scott (Audrey), Ruth Millington (John), Dorothy Miller (Jim), Mary Swindall (Donald) and Pat Patterson; and her brother-in-law Keith Tinning.

She is survived by: her daughter Judith Tonge (Edd Espey); her grandchildren, Graham Tonge, Philip Tonge, Robyn Alvarez (Diego) and Heather Oppenhauser; her great grandchildren, Mia, Liana Alvarez, Nolan and Zachary Tonge; her sister Yvonne Tinning; and her brother-in-law Ron Patterson. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
