He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Kostis. He is survived by: his children, Mardee Ewles and Lee Kostis; his grandchildren, Kevin, Sean, Danielle, Kristin and Tiara; and his great grandchild Ethan. He is also survived by his many friends and extended family.
