She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Balch and Dorothy Balch; and her siblings, Diane Jeffrey and Greg Balch. She is survived by: her siblings, James Balch and Mary Kienapple (Bill). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many lifelong friends.
