He was predeceased by: his parent Stewart Carlton; and his sibling Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Lillian Tabobondung and Chris Carlton; his grandchildren, Blake, Deion, Montana, Ocean and Lyzander; his parent Eleanor Carlton; and his siblings, Bonnie Brock, Sandi Anderson, Gwen Kiraly, Nancy Armstrong, Karen Downey, Steven, Cheryl Morden, Donna Carlton, David, Dennis, Christine Carlton, Cindy Carlton and Beverly.
In celebration of Joe's life, family and friends are invited to drop by the family's home at 18 Wakefield Street, on Friday, September 14th, between the hours of 1:00 – 6:00 P.M. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the family would be appreciated.
