He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Anne McDonald; his son Michael Stephen McDonald; and his parents, John A. MacDonald and Catherine MacDonald. He is survived by: his sons, John (Jerry) and Joseph (Wendy); his grandchildren, Ashley McDonald-Smith (Ryan) and Connor MacDonald; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Elowyn; and his sisters, Mary-Evelyn, Barbara, Joan, Francis, Sally and Peggy of Cape Breton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (220 St James St, London, ON N6A3H6). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
