He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his brother Gerald. He is survived by: his siblings, Gertrude "Trudy" Sims of London and Stanley (Janet) of Bridgeville; his nieces and nephews, Mike, Alex, John, Chris, Joanne, Marilyn and Laurie; his close friends, Sandra Chrysler, Sandra Henderson, Bridge Players Jack, Maggie, Alice, Jeffery, Adam, Andrew, Amanda, Jared, Kristin, Mitchel and Mary Frances; and also Pennsylvania.

In lieu of flowers a donation in David's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
