He is survived by: his children, Trudy Reid (Bob), Alice Klopstra (Darryl), Ed Van Veen (Janet) and Brian Van Veen (Yvette); and his spouse Harmina Knol. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Church.
