John Godin Obituary

John Godin, born on July 2, 1952, passed away on September 15, 2026. John leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Godin and Rita Godin (Zavarise); and his brother-in-law Bill Massel. He is survived by: his spouse Fran Godin (Massel); his children, Christie, Vince Vanderboor, Kerry and Adam Wood; and his grandchildren, Livia, Jacob and Carson. He is also survived by nephews and leaves behind many great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Hospice of London, Canadian Cancer Society or the London Health Science Centre would be greatly appreciated.
