He was predeceased by: his parents, John Olthoff and Alice Olthoff. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Leni); his children, Jodi and Shawn; his daughter-in-law Heather; his grandchildren, Ashlyn and Shayleigh; his siblings, Dorothy Olthoff, Ben (Florence), Henrietta (Oakie) and Rien; and his siblings-in-law, Dinie, Martha and Klaas. He is also survived by Many nephews, nieces and friends.
