He was predeceased by: his former wife Jeanne; and his son John. He is survived by: his granddaughter Jacqueline; his great grandchild Madison; his sons, Terry and Jami (Susan); the mother of his children Joyce; his grandchildren, Alexandra and Matthew; and his caregivers, Amanda, Andrea, Lawrence and Irene. He is also survived by 6 brothers and 3 sisters and he leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
