He is survived by: his father Roger Campbell; his siblings, Roger Campbell, Tracey Thompson (Roman Sokalski) and Michael Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Moxley, Brittany Campbell (Pat Cassidy) and Jacy Campbell (Nick Ford); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jade Moxley, Jace Fordyce and Mason Cassidy; and his friend Brittany Campbell.
