He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toy and RoseMary Toy (Vowles); and his sister Sandra Toy. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Walker (Ben), Frederiction and Jessica Carswell (Jason); his siblings, Fred Toy (Jan), Mike Toy (Maureen) and Kathy White (Phil); and his friend Tonkin (Eric).

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home (2240 Wharncliffe Rd S, London, ON N6P1P8). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John the Divine Parish (390 Base Line Rd W, London, ON N6J1W1).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
