He was predeceased by: his father Harold Smith; and his siblings, Vanessa Smith, Brandon Smith (Crystal Kirk), Justin Hutchins (Catherine), Owen (Grace Hutchins) and Sonya Lawrence (Wayne).

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Malachy Elliot, Aceson, Chase Smith and Justin Lawrence.
