She was predeceased by: her former husband George Harvey Pickering; her husband Reverend John Calvin Elder; her sister Joanne; and her parents, Hilda and Jack.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqui (Jeff) and Jeffrey (Joanne); her grandchildren, Jacob, Katie (Raymond), Jordan, Steven (Miranda), Suzie (Luke) and Sarah (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Calvin, Gabriel, Daymond, Jack and Kyla.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (2001 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
